Role Summary:
We are looking for a Thermal Sprayer (M/F/T) to join our core competence department of thermal coatings.
Your role:
Preparing and setting up the coating, blasting and washing system
Preparing spray materials
Preparing spray guns
Setting up coating parameters and spray guns according to the spreadsheets, drawings or setup plan
Making corrections in the NC code for coating control and robots
Coating and inspecting workpieces
Monitoring machine operations and correcting setting data, clamping and other things if necessary
Checking parts for dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness
Carry out operating tests
Eliminating malfunctions
Performing maintenance and service tasks
Your profile:
Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable
3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a skilled metal/sprayer worker
ETS training desirable
Good computer skills desirable
Fluent written and spoken German
Flexibility, ability to work in a team, responsible action, reliability
Willingness to work shifts
