Adecco US, Inc. Front Desk Office Admin in Exeter, New Hampshire

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Patience, Courtesy and a good sense of humor. (These things will go a long way!)

  • Moderate/Basic knowledge of vehicles, makes, models, etc.

  • Experience with QuickBooks is not required, but would be helpful

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

-Answering incoming phone calls

-Assisting customers with questions regarding their move/transport

-Ability to learn new tasks

-Generate quotes based on information provided (Training is provided)

  • Collecting Payments

  • Performing visual vehicle inspections

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

-TRAINING ( 10AM TO 5PM)

-REGULAR SCHEDULE ( 9AM TO 5PM)

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
