Commercial Sales Account Representative

Frey Lutz Corp, located in Lancaster, has been one of Central PA’s leading mechanical contractors for the past 48 years. We are a single-source solution from design through construction. At Frey Lutz, it's our unique, hands-on approach to every project that has won us some of the best HVAC and plumbing contracts in the area.

We are currently seeking a New Business Development Sales Associate for the Eastern Part of PA. Candidate will be responsible for establishing new relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and general contractors in the central PA region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify new potential customers that align with Frey Lutz target market

• Build lasting relationships with 2-3 key decision makers in client organizations

• Attend networking events in community as needed

• Coordinate with Frey Lutz sales team to turnover project lead and service leads to account managers or estimators

• Create and present information as needed to prospective clients

• Track, identify, and add to sales pipeline

• Build preventative maintenance and service agreements as needed

• Performing sales related duties as directed by the Vice President of Sales

• Conduct and analyze market research

• Follow-up on sales cycle to maintain lasting client relationships

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years relevant sales experience

• Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to sell to a wide range of commercial customers.

• Must be self-motivated, team-oriented to respond quickly to changing customer demands.

• Ability to use time productivity, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals

• Current driver’s license.

• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

• Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest

standard of conduct from self and others.
