HOW Senior Software Developer WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Researches, designs, develops, tests, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.
Analyzes user/business software system requirements and determines needs.
Determine the functionality of an application and performs upgrades over time.
Maintains documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures.
Assist team with preparation of cost estimates.
Performs highly specialized technical tasks associated with cutting-edge technologies.
Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise.
Participates in special projects as required.
WHAT YOU ’ LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline is preferred but not required.
10+ years of experience with Front End Frameworks, such as React, Angular or Vue
10+ years of experience with JAVA, JSP, J2EE, SQL, Eclipse, Subversion or GitHub
Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies
Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices
Change Management and Configuration Management (ServiceNow, etc.)
Proficiency in the below technologies:
Microsoft Visual Studio Code
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Experience using VersionOne is highly desired.
Google Cloud experience
Security Clearance Level : Ability to achieve a Public Trust clearance - the security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
