The Beauty Care business line represents the vast majority of the sales of SEPPIC Inc, and is its core pillar. Our strategy for growth for that business line relies on our unique set of innovative products and a prior focus on establishing a customer intimacy based on expertise, reactivity and agility.

Operational Marketing Manager is a key position for us to reach our aggressive ambition for growth. In collaboration with the Beauty Care Team, she/he will be responsible for Marketing support of Beauty Care Sales, reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director of Beauty Care in North America.

Missions and Responsibilities

  • Development/Deployment of the Marketing strategy for the Beauty Care in North America

  • Deployment of local Digital Marketing strategy for Beauty Care in close relationship with Corporate Teams

  • Market, Trends & Competition analysis for an optimized positioning of our Ingredients

  • Promotion of Beauty Care Specialty Ingredients & Industry Trends through creation of new supports (presentations, e-blasts, brochures, communication, advertisement,...)

  • Organization of local and national industry trade shows/seminars, ( liaison with suppliers, be accountable for the budget) ...

  • Design of new prototypes/formulas for the local market in close relationship with local CTSC

  • Support the Sales by making joint visits with strategic customers and designing dedicated presentations/concepts.

  • Organization of local customers seminars in liaison with our sales team

  • Keep the liaison with our 2 key principles ( Sophim, Dubois) to adapt their marketing tools to the North American market and define the promotion tools.

  • Management role with one direct report: the Marketing Assistant

Competencies and Profile

  • Minimum 3 years Beauty Care ingredients experience in Marketing, Sales or related technical experience

  • Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field.

  • Proven skills in developing multi-level relationships with customers

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, likes to work in a team in close collaboration with others (multiple interfaces)

  • Capable to work in full autonomy, organized, resilient & dynamic

  • Willing to travel regularly (30% + of the time) across US & Canada
