Kelly Services Yard Assistant in Fargo, North Dakota

Kelly is seeking a Yard Assistant to work at a premier construction company in Fargo, ND. Sound good? As a Yard Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in material inventory management, project support, and site maintenance. Take the next step in your career journey with us!

Payrate: $20.00 -23.00

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as a Yard Assistant? You’ll be:

• Assisting the Lot Foreman with material inventory and management

• Pulling material for various projects

• Keeping the equipment and site facilities clean and orderly

• Maintaining all property buildings and grounds

• Utilizing a computer system for daily time, product shipping, receiving, and inventory monitoring

• Supporting the Lot Foreman in ensuring materials and equipment are available and staged for projects

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an interest in construction, construction equipment, and material inventory

• Have experience in the construction field (desired but not required)

• Possess strong technology and computer skills, including experience with mobile software and ERP systems

• Have excellent organizational abilities and the ability to track multiple deadlines

• Are self-motivated and have a desire to continually improve

• Have effective communication skills, both orally and in writing

• Can establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
