Tru Vue Inc. Purpose and Scope: Individuals in this position are part of a team that is responsible for machine set-up, loading, unloading, cutting, assembling, inspecting, and packaging the optical thin film products used in the display, imaging, and other markets. Also responsible for assisting in development of work instructions, training and certifying team members and assisting in special projects. Assist in development of work instructions, training and auditing team members and assisting in special projects. Cross train in related functions and assist others in obtaining cross-functional capabilities. Document and monitor procedures and processes to eliminate variation and promote sharing of knowledge. Interact and function effectively in a high performance team environment. Initiate and support continuous improvement and elimination of waste and variation in processes using established improvement processes. Education and Experience: Two years' work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge of computer applications is preferred.
