ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain the HR Information systems (HRIS), ADP Workforce Now, and performance management software, PerformYard. This includes, but not limited to, entering new hire profiles, updates, changes, creating open enrollment events, creating monthly/quarterly/annual reports, status changes, leaves of absences, creating and/or updating performance management forms, goals, creating approval process flows, etc. Assist employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Refers more complex questions to other HR staff members or management when applicable. Prepare all government compliance reporting requirements including but not limited to annual affirmative action plan (with outside consultant), EEO-1, VETS, e-Verify, OSHA, etc. Conduct new hire orientation/onboarding, exit interviews, and assists with disability leave discussions. Manage the internship program which includes contacting supervisors to determine the need, recruiting for candidates and ensuring their experience with Precipart is positive by obtaining feedback. Oversee awards program vendor relationship for milestone anniversaries and retirement gifts. Plan all company event through execution which includes, spirit days, food drives, LI Duck games, holiday party, Employee Appreciation Day, etc. Support all events such as benefits enrollment, company meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and any other employee programs. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Ensures that all bulletin boards are up-to-date and compliant. Conduct compliance training for all employees related to safety, active shooter, and sexual harassment training. Manage Microsoft Planner for the HR Department to ensure that team goals are reviewed, updated, modified, and maintained on a bi-weekly basis. Tracks training records within the company to ensure ISO compliance. Ensure timely coordination and organization of employee communications which includes preparing new hire announcements, promotions, milestone anniversaries, employee event reminders, the weekly employee presentations are accurate, quarterly newsletters, etc. Proactively contributes to the continuous process improvements of the department's operations as the company grows. Must be solutions driven to create more efficiencies and reduce redundancies. Create and update letters, emails, correspondences, and other communications. Collect mail for the department and distributes accordingly. Collaborate with payroll, finance, and IT when appropriate. Provide administrative support for the Global Chief People Officer and Sr. Director of HR. Maintain HR files and records to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate and audited periodically to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Retrieve employee suggestions and organize them for Sr. Director of HR. Performs other related job duties as assigned.

Associate degree in human resources administration, or any other similar business-related degree; BS a plus HR Certification a plus Experience working in Perform Yard a plus Experience working in an ISO environment a plus Spanish speaking a plus Salary Range $65,000 to $75,000 Annually
