Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner in Federal Way, Washington. This role will be crucial in aligning HR programs with our business objectives and requirements, and ensuring that our employees understand and support our goals and culture. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic, consultative partner with various departments, evaluating company policies, practices, and implementing strategies to advance our objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Align HR programs with the organization’s business objectives and requirements.

• Develop and direct programs to ensure employees understand and support the company’s goals, plans and culture.

• Serve as strategic, consultative partner with one or more departments or business units.

• Evaluate company policies and practices, and implement strategies to advance the objectives of the organization or department.

• Handle recruitment, workforce retention, staff performance and professional development, and succession planning.

• Manage risk within the organization.

• Facilitate employee relations and address any issues that may arise.

• Ensure compliance with company and legal standards.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees and manage employee performance reviews.

• Coordinate employee benefits and manage HR compliance and policy issues.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficient in Benefit Functions and Benefits Coordination

• Excellent Communication skills

• Understanding of Compliance regulations and HR Policy

• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Compliance

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes and Onboarding procedures

• Proficiency in UKG Pro and UKG Ready

• Strong skills in MS Office applications

• Experience in Career Development planning and Change Management

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to conduct New Employee Orientation

• Experience in Performance Management and conducting Performance Reviews

• Experience in creating and conducting Surveys

• Understanding of Workers Compensation regulations

• Ability to handle HR Compliance issues
