As the Field Marketing Specialist - NER, you will support the Field Marketing Manager in NER to deliver and execute regional programmes for the UKI, Nordics and Benelux region. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales and partner team to support the successful execution of our events and campaigns in the region.
Support the Field Marketing Manager in NER to plan, execute and optimise all aspects of NER webinars, hosted events, tradeshows and executive CxC engagements effectively and efficiently, adopting best practices
Support end to end project management of field activity, including event research, logistics, production, event platform and technology or venue sourcing, speaking engagements, internal event briefs, event promotion and audience acquisition
Support field marketing to drive demand generation and customer retention for the region
Track and analyse leads generated from field marketing activity and report on RoI
Partner with Field Sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment on lead volume, quality and lead nurture follow up
Work collaboratively across our global marketing team, including brand and creative, integrated campaigns, strategy and operations, digital, product marketing, customer marketing to ensure successful delivery of field marketing programmes
Work collaboratively with supporting teams, including sales, partner, finance, legal, procurement to execute effectively
Manage priorities and deadlines for multiple projects
3+ years experience in field marketing for a SaaS/enterprise software vendor. Events management highly desirable
Strong project management skills, exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail
Strong written communication skills and ability to distill and convey information in a compelling manner
Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
Successful track record of executing impactful events and regional field marketing programs
Ability to build trust with key stakeholders of all levels
Detail-oriented organisational and process management skills to manage a wide range of incoming requests and responsibilities
Strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Keen to travel to events within EMEAR and internationally if required
