Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. We have positions open for those who are new to the field as well as experienced RBTs and ABA Therapists. Full and part time positions are available. We offer high-level training to help providers advance in this exciting and rewarding field. We are seeking individuals with a strong desire to bring out the best in others, and who thrive in a fast paced, creative, child-centered setting. Applicants must be willing to go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of each child.
