Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role will be based in FLINT, Michigan, United States. The File Clerk will be responsible for managing and organizing various files and documents in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Scanning personnel file documents and ensuring accurate digital records.

• Adhering to strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.

• Maintaining a professional demeanor while performing tasks.

• Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

• Utilizing filing and document scanning skills to effectively manage the file system.

• Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of documents.

• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the file system.

• Assisting with other administrative duties as necessary.

• Constantly updating and managing the document filing system.

• Answering inquiries related to the files and documents processed. Requirements • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

• Previous experience in a similar role or in an administrative role will be beneficial

• Proficiency in using file systems for organizing and storing documents

• Excellent knowledge and experience in filing and record keeping

• Ability to scan documents and ensure they are correctly stored in the system

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff

• Availability to work during standard business hours, with potential for occasional overtime if necessary

• Must comply with all health and safety regulations within the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry.
