Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various types and sizes of events. Meet with and build relationships with clients to assess their needs and the purpose of the event. Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases of hotel events. Ensures all hotel events have a seamless turnover from sales to service. Strong organizational skills are a must. Must be detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines.
