Olsten staffing is assisting a well-established company in the Florence SC area in the search for an experienced and eager AP/AR associate. This associate MUST have knowledge of Excel! We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Associate who will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

Monday-Friday

8AM-5PM

Pay rate:

$19 an hour

Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and documentation.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

  • Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.

  • Follow up on overdue accounts receivable and communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

  • Assist with month-end close processes and other ad hoc financial projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of Excel experience!

• Must have 5+ years of AP and AR experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with month-end close processes is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
