ADP Product Change Specialist in Florham Park, New Jersey

In this role, you will serve as ADP's expert on product changes in Retirement Services. You will assist clients, advisors, and internal partners with moving products, changing funds, or adding and removing plan-level features. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Day-to-Day Your main objective will be to help clients and advisors complete plan and fund changes. The nature of what you do will not change, however, every day will be different due to the variety of questions you will receive and solutions you provide. Each plan you work on will be a mini project for you to manage and get across the finish line.

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Client and Advisor Support . You will help our clients and advisors manage their business by assisting them with various product and/or fund changes. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.

  • Operational Assistance . You will be expected to create documents for client signature as well as key information into internal systems to complete plan changes.

  • Organize . You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of plans. Volume may be greater during year end.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

  • Experience . At least one year of experience in a client service environment or other business experience

  • The ability to discuss our processes and product decisions with our sales force and prospective clients

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Experience noted above, OR

  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
