Machine Operator/Associate Tech

Description:

• Completes daily machine set ups – requires basic computer literacy

• Responsible for tracking daily machine output and equipment downtime

• Complies daily report for supervisors

• Responsible for minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting

• Must be comfortable wearing latex gloves all day, some depts. require face masks/clean room attire

• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds

• Will be cross-trained on multiple machines

• Will be moving materials around the manufacturing floor

• Will be lifting materials into machines for output/input

• Must wear gloves and surgeon mask all day

• Must be able to stand/move for 8-10+ hours a day

• Must be computer literate

• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds

• Must have commitment/longevity/follow directions/MUST DO STRETCHING EVERY MORNING

• Have to deal with it being super fast environment; very fast moving (have to learn from watching others and asking questions.

• Sharp/great aptitude

Additional Information:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday from 5:00am-1:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-9:00pm

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00pm-5:00am OR Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm-5:00am (Depending on the department

Must be open to working on Saturday if needed for the you are hired on.

• Protective eyewear to be worn 100% of the time.

• Protective ear-plugs required in certain departments.

• Regularly scheduled stretches – Before and after lunch.

• One-hour safety training required before starting the position.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• No experience required but helpful.

• Good attendance.

• Must be able to stand 8-10+ hours a day and 12 hour days are not uncommon.

• Must be open to working 6 days a week if necessary - All Overtime is mandatory.
