Defense Logistics Agency Supervisory Process Integrator in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Responsibilities Responsible for integration across the EBS processes; specifically: Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement and Technical/Quality. Participates in war planning events involving various DOD entities and personnel using various as the primary modes of communication. Collaborates with the Customer Engagement process area for integrator issues, impacting both the EBS and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs. Collaborates with Process Owners on developing approaches and plans for adopting emerging practices at their location. Works with the Process Owners and other DLA subject matter experts to coordinate the development and implementation of action plans. Leads the site's efforts to integrate Enterprise Business Systems in all elements of logistics systems and operations by executing decisions, and policy guidance directed by the Process Owners. Oversees the performance of all EBS processes by coordinating, consolidating and reporting overall operational performance results. Initiates investigations to determine cause of operations performance issues; resolves cross process issues; assists/coordinates Sales and Operations Planning for resident supply chains; raises supply chain issues to the Process Owners. Serves as the focal point for adjudicating issues that cannot be resolved among the EBS Processes; oversees and manages EBS (including Business Warehouse) functional requirements and coordinates crucial changes to EBS data. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a Supervisory Process Integrator, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Expert experience applying a clear understanding of applicable audit readiness end-to-end processes within a process management functional area - to include manual and system processes and their associated internal controls. Experience collaborating with Customer Engagement process areas for integrator issues, impacting both the EBS and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs. Overseeing and managing EBS (including Business Warehouse) functional requirements and coordinating crucial changes to EBS data. Ensuring processes are in compliance with applicable laws/policies/regulations, well documented and regularly maintained. Participation in war planning events involving various DOD entities and personnel using various modes of communication. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Additional Information Position is a DoD Critical Acquisition Position & requires DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Logistics, Advanced certification within required timeframes. Selectee must also achieve 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every 2-years and sign a written agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years.
