Job Title: Master Resilience Trainer – Performance Experts

Summary – This is a contingent Opportunity and would begin work upon the contract award

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking candidates for Master Resilience Trainer – Performance Experts Levels 2-4 to teach resilience skills to Soldiers, Family members and Department of Army Civilians as part of the Master Resiliency Training and Training Center Support (MRT/TCS) Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advise command and government stakeholders on resiliency.

  • Provide and sustain resilience training.

  • Assist units in incorporating resilience training quarterly.

  • Provide resilience training for Family members and DA Civilians.

  • Coordinate deployment-cycle resilience training.

  • Ensure the implementation of training guidance as it relates to resilience training.

  • Train others to incorporate resilience skills and techniques into professional and developmental counseling.

    • Other specific training facilitation expertise vary for each MRT Level

Required Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in Sport and/or Performance Psychology.

  • Have teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Ability to effectively interface and communicate with civilian and military personnel at all levels.

  • Skilled in training and facilitation.

  • Knowledge of the tenets of adult education, the development of training materials, and the delivery of those materials.

  • Adept at operating audio visual/teleconferencing applications and equipment

  • Ability to communicate verbally in a clear, concise manner and effectively convey ideas.

  • Must be located within 50 miles commuting distance of one of the locations listed.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Clearance.

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate from the Army’s Master Resilience Training Course and be a certified Army Performance Expert.

  • Certifications or memberships within a professional association related to their field of study such as the Association for Applied Sports Psychology (AASP), Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) or American Board of Sport Psychology (ABSP).

  • Experience working with or for the Army, G1 or G9.

Other Skills and Abilities

This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems. U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required.

Physical Demands: This individual works in office areas. Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. They use a personal computer, telephones, copiers, printers, and other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Pay Range: $54,000-$84,000

PLEASE NOTE: The Zeiders pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
