Responsibilities: Sets team priorities and mission through understanding of team problem domain Coaches and leads teams in their scope in best practices around software development Independently sets goals and works through goals plan with directs, including senior team members, providing appropriate feedback Advocates for direct reports, in terms of their goals, their time, their performance, and their career development Interacts with upper management to set team budget and resourcing Builds a hiring plan for R&D Hiring manager for direct reports within their scope, and involved in hiring/interviewing R&D wide Leads talent management and succession discussions Has strategic responsibility for a Software Delivery Schedule for multiple products and assigning/organizing resources to meet deliverables Provides input to PM for product direction

What qualifications will make you successful? 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing people. Has half or more of the following skills and responsibilities: Mentors other team leads Leads team strategic initiatives Has strategic discussions and helps determine interaction with Services and Support groups Responsible for relationships with our Business Partners

The U.S. Compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $112,000 - $155,000 for candidates located within the U.S. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
