Overview We are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Cost Analyst tol perform a wide variety of cost and economic analyses, estimating, what-if drills, impact statements, and engineering studies for a variety of Army managed programs.

Responsibilities

• Work may include:
  • Parametric cost estimating
  • Life cycle cost analysis
  • Cost estimating relationships and model development
  • Cost risk analysis
  • Cost-benefit analysis
  • Performance measurement (earned value)
  • Project forecasting and risk assessment
  • Software cost estimating

Skills Required

• A successful candidate should be able to lead the cost estimating activities for the Milestone decision.
• We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills with considerable growth potential.
• Varying years of experience in analysis and technical management may qualify for a range of Tecolote job categories 5 or more equivalent years of experience in analysis and technical management are required

``` - Must have experience developing a Life Cycle Cost estimate using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) in support of a Milestone decision - Experience with generating milestone documentation is a plus - Good communication skills and familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies are required - DoD top secret security clearance required

Education

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
