Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Top Secret cleared Sr. Network Systems Engineer to a federal clients team based at Ft. Meade, MD. This role is in support of a mission critical IP messaging and communications transport network. The primary responsibilities include:

• Network integration, testing, security engineering, configuration and implementation support.

• Perform highly technical maintenance involving firewalls, VPNs, IPS, network encryption devices, and load balancers.

• Perform highly technical maintenance involving network devices routers, switches, security solutions, and WANX

• Support tier escalation of incident management support tasks + Continuous Service Improvements (CSI)

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of relevant Network Systems engineering experience

Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligibility

experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco enterprise network routing, switching and firewall/security devices

IAT Level II (Sec+) Certification

Bachelors Degree and/or (Masters Degree with 6+ years of experience)

Ability to travel OCONUS Additional Certifications: CCNP, CCNA, IAT Level III Certification (CISSP) null
