Job Description

We’re looking for an amazing eCommerce Product Owner to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. As a member of an agile development team, you'll be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the development team to help maximize end-user value. You'll be responsible for understanding high-level business requirements by conducting customer interviews, analyzing user data, workshopping with business stakeholders, and/or working with their Product Managers to understand roadmap goals/strategy. You'll work to distill these high-level requirements into a backlog of easy-to-understand user stories that enable the development team to know what problems need to be solved and how to build the right solution. You’ll also drive the development backlog priority and facilitate tactical planning on how to sequence work based on what will drive end-user value. As features or stories are delivered, you will run A/B tests, analyze user data, and get feedback from stakeholders to investigate whether product enhancements are driving user value and how to iteratively improve the solution.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining the product backlog of features and user stories

• Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product development process

• Develop Business cases, engage with vendors and define ideal state for new technology integrations

• Resource manage the Product oriented delivery teams and create track and request capital and operational funds to complete the roadmap

• Prioritizing the backlog according to business value and alignment with strategy

• Participating in Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, and Sprint Demand estimation activities

• Inspecting the product’s progress during each iteration and accepting or rejecting work

• Confirming that the team always has an adequate amount of groomed and prepared tasks

• Playing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

• Collaborating with product management, user experience, technology leaders, and business stakeholders on product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities

• Keeping current on Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years related experience (product management/marketing.) Experience in travel, hospitality, entertainment, or packaged goods preferred.

• 2+ years of Product Management experience delivering highly successful consumer and eCommerce products.

• May be required to work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects or operations

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

Please note that this position is Hybrid, based in our Fort Lauderdale Office.

• Base Salary Range: $84,700.00 to $114,400.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely
