salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.

  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Implement warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as production, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of orders.

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory, analyze performance metrics, and improve operational processes.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.

  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
