Responsibilities Provides support, administration, and the maintenance necessary on a wide array of technologies to ensure effective and efficient system performance and security. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which includes applying cybersecurity principles, concepts, and standards, as well as current and future needs and trends; providing technical advice and project management oversight regarding IT system performance and security initiatives; and implementing applications software within an organization and coordinating systems design, installation, and support. Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone, no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
