We are in search of an Accounts Payable Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is primarily focused on AP transformation work and streamlining back-office processes for AP processes and global payments. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Hybrid work schedule: in office Tues,Wed,Thurs / WFH on Mon, Fri.

Accounts Payable Manager (contract position):

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transformation of Accounts Payable processes.

• Manage back-office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Implement strategies to eliminate manual processes and improve financial controls.

• Ensure compliance with global regulations in all AP processes.

• Utilize accounting software systems for data processing and expense reporting.

• Operate ERP solutions to manage accounting functions and check processing.

• Resolve discrepancies in accounts payable processes.

• Leverage knowledge of ADP - Financial Services and Concur for effective financial management.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Experience with Concur is a must

• Strong skills in Data Processing are necessary

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is crucial

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions efficiently

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Check Processing is required

• Ability to handle Discrepancy issues effectively

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting is needed.
