Description

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking contract support from an experienced Finance Manager to help develop FP& A and Reporting processes. The Finance Manager will be responsible for reporting and analysis for revenue, cost, headcount, and other key areas across Finance.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential to convert to full-time in the future. The role is currently remote, but candidates should expect a return to the Scottsdale office in a hybrid capacity.

The ideal Finance Manager will have the following:

• Prior experience developing repeatable FP& A processes.

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop and manage complex models.

• Previous FP& A systems experience (Hyperion, Cognos, or similar).

• Experience within the Construction or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred with additional preference given to individuals with experience high growth organizations.
