[General Purpose [In accordance with established policies and procedures, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the CFO with the supervision and management of the finance and accounting department. Preparation, review and coordination of all general ledger and deposit account reconciliations.

Settlement of daily cash position of correspondent bank accounts; and maintenance of appropriate cash balances and activity.

Accurate and timely preparation of external regulatory reports to include the FFIEC Call Report and FR Y-series reports for the Banks holding company.

Accurate and timely preparation of internal management reports including Board of Directors reports, investment reports, cash analysis reports, liquidity reports, budget reports, and asset/liability reports as well as assist other departments with their reports.

Preparing the Banks consolidated financial statements for audit by independent accounting firm.

Reconcile the Banks allowance for credit losses software to the GL and ensure sufficient reserves are booked in the GL each month; including unfunded commitments.

Administration of all accounting functions including prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, investments, and taxes.

Track income and expenses as well as balance sheet fluctuations, researching as needed, and provide explanation for larger differences in actual financial performance compared to budget.

Supervise the proper management of the accounts payable system and approve payables.

Compile and implement the annual operating budget, working with the various departments as needed.

Administer internal and external audit processes and work with auditors as needed.
