Robert Half Social Media Specialist in Franklin, Tennessee


We are offering an opportunity for a Social Media Specialist based in Franklin, Tennessee. This role primarily involves increasing online brand presence and lead generation for our B2B and B2C clients in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for creating engaging content strategies for various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.


• Develop and implement successful social media strategies tailored to each client's brand and target market.

• Increase brand visibility on key social media platforms, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Create engaging and relevant social media content using various tools to enlighten the audience and promote brand-focused messages.

• Write compelling newsletters and blog posts to enhance clients' marketing strategies.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, using these insights to refine strategies and increase ROI.

• Stay updated on trends in social media tools, applications, channels, and strategies, particularly in the B2B and B2C real estate brokerage industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and joint advocacy.

• Respond swiftly and professionally to all social media inquiries and engage in conversations with followers.

• Use skills in Facebook Insights, Google+, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Instagram, Advertisements, Analytics, Blogging, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Instagram stories, e-newsletters, Email Newsletter, Newsletters, Copywriting, LinkedIn to perform tasks effectively.

Requirements • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist for a minimum of 2 years

• Proficiency in Facebook Insights, Google+, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for Instagram, including Instagram stories

• Solid knowledge of Advertisements, Analytics, and Blogging

• Experience in maintaining Brand Awareness and Campaign Planning

• Proven skills in creating e-newsletters, Email Newsletter, and Newsletters

• Strong Copywriting skills

• Expertise in LinkedIn and other social media platforms

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

• Multitasking and analytical skills
