Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Receivable Specialist role in Fresno, California. This role is pivotal within our team, focusing primarily on the accurate and timely billing of contract work performed. As an integral part of our team, you will interact with customers, monitor payment receipts, and work diligently on accounts receivable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer billing based on contract terms and work performed.

• Submit customer invoices in alignment with their specific processes and deadlines.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Keep track of customer payments received.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely payments.

• Engage with customers to resolve any issues related to overdue balances and discrepancies.

• Oversee the accounts receivable division within the company.

• Utilize accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in carrying out tasks.

• Handle cash activity and cash handling responsibilities.

• Perform other accounting and billing functions as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in CRM

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to carry out Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Competency in Billing Functions

• Experience in Cash Activity

• Ability to handle Cash Handling tasks
