Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years as a General Sales Manager - REQUIRED

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful sales teams.

  • Customer Service Focused to ensure we are Earning Customers for Life.

  • Adaptability to evolve with the changing markets and manufacture requirements.

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

T he estimated annual earning range for this position is $166,800.00 to $240,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
