Fairview Health Services Maintenance Assistant in Fridley, Minnesota

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $19 - $25 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Fridley, MN! This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. This maintenance schedule includes;

  • 72 hours every two weeks

  • Full time, day shift

  • Weekends as needed

  • Maintain common living areas and apartments through services requests

  • Get vacant aparments ready with painting, general carpentry, floor care, cleaning and other repairs

  • Basic maintenance and safety awareness

  • Assist the Environmental Services Director in monitoring preventative maintenance programs on all equipment

  • Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

  • Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.

Required:

  • One to three years of experience

  • Driver's License in good standing

Preferred:

  • High school Diploma/GED
