Job Description:

As an Apprentice Electrician at Parsons, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair. Under the guidance of experienced electricians, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various projects while learning about electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols. This role offers a unique chance to grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the supervision of licensed electricians.

• Learn and apply electrical theory, concepts, and techniques to perform tasks effectively and safely.

• Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist in diagnosing problems to provide timely solutions.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition and adhere to proper handling procedures.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Enrolled or willingness to enroll in a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.

• Basic understanding of electrical concepts and principles preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.
