Residential Staff are responsible for direct support services to persons with intellectual/developmental and/or physical disabilities in a residential setting and assists persons to function as effectively as possible in the major domains of living on a daily basis. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting residents with personal hygiene, daily living activities such as cleaning cooking, laundry, community integration and activities such as shopping, attending church, going to social functions, documenting behavior and assisting with medications. Various Shifts are available are from 8 am-2 pm, 2pm-10pm Mon-Friday. 10p-8am Mon-Thurs. 34 hrs weekend Fri 10p-8am, Sat and Sun 8 p-8am 24 hrs weekend Sat and Sun 8am-8pm. All applicants must have the following skills and attributes to be considered for the positions:ableto communicate, both verbally and in writing professionally, able to be punctual and dependable, able to remain awake and alert during working hours, able to walk, stand, bend and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
