The Opportunity
This position works out of our Orlando, FL, Gainesville, FL or Livermore, CA location in the Abbott Heart Failure, Acelis Connected Health business. Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges.
Principle Responsibilities

Receive and Direct communication to all relevant team members as needed
Resolve or report any problems that may occur
Provide high level customer service to support the needs of our customers and staff
Support team members (adjust staffing and provide training as needed)
Review escalations and determine proper action
Monitor Daily reports and proactively
Uphold all skills related to VADWatch equipment set up and troubleshooting to assist customers
Submit / Adjust staffing roles to meet the demand of the business
Ability to work cohesively with other teams within Abbott to ensure workflow is efficient and delivery is accurate
Assist with implementation of workflow productivity improvements
Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy and security standards in accordance with Government agencies to include HIPAA requirements.
Understand and adhere to all business processes and procedures
Maintain a culture of accountability
Adhere to the department metric standards set by your supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
Capability of typing 40 wpm
Minimum of One year of Customer Service experience
MS Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work history
Spanish Speaking Preferred
Some data processing experience preferred

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
