Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Production Supervisor is an essential role responsible for overseeing a team of up to 30 production employees. The successful candidate will lead daily meetings to discuss and set production goals, manage the hiring and interviewing processes for production staff, and ensure efficient operation of the production lines.

Work Environment

The work environment for this role is a fast-paced production facility. The Production Supervisor will spend a significant amount of time on the production floor, interacting with employees and overseeing the manufacturing process.
