responsibilities:

• Assign work orders and provide clear direction to maintenance team

• Ensure team has good understanding of work practices and procedures

• Work closely with maintenance manager to ensure that daily repair and maintenance is performed accurately

• Provide support and training as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within maintenance

• Ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians
