Robert Half Executive Assistant in Gennessee, Colorado

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the non-profit industry located in Gennessee, Colorado. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging international travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of organizational operations.

• Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues.

• Facilitate communication between the executive team members, arrange meetings, and provide meeting minutes.

• Handle travel arrangements and logistics for executives, including booking flights and accommodations.

• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the executives.

• Prepare memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

• Coordinate project-based work and review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.

• Supervise and train lower-level clerical staff. Requirements • Proficient in Calendar Management

• Ability to Coordinate Meetings effectively

• Experience in taking Meeting Minutes

• Skilled in Booking Travel Arrangements

• Experience in the Non-Profit industry

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
