We are looking for a Cybersecurity engineer to be hired with a permanent contract in our division Customer Services in Genoa. He / She will be act as a guide in cybersecurity aspects for industrial automation development, commissioning & maintaining at customers site.

Your Challenge

As a Cybersecurity engineer for Customer Services your mission will be to complete technical -oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and handling these tasks.

Your main activities:

• Complete broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems among others.

• Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.

• Support customer remotely and onsite and provide 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.

• Contribute to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories.

• Enforce to relevant processes and regulations.

• May handle sub-contractors and monitors delivery.

• May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you have:

• Confirmed experience in cybersecurity, industrial networking and related norms

• Education background in cybersecurity / automation / electronic / computer science / telecommunication or electrical

• Customer oriented

• General knowledge of OT technologies (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs)

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Eligibility to work in Italy

• Available for travels
