Property Manager

Location: DTLA

Robert Half, a leading recruitment firm, is on the search for a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager for our esteemed client's prestigious property in DTLA. Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to maintain premier standards of the property.

• Oversee all financials for the building, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Manage vendors to ensure delivery on all services.

• Ensure property compliance with local and federal regulations.

• Proficient use of Yardi, Kardin, and Excel for property management tasks.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management.

• Proven experience in managing a team, handling financials, vendor management, and compliance.

• Excellent proficiency with Yardi, Kardin, and Excel.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to respond well to high-stress situations.
