Supervise ad coordinate the duties of the kitchen personnel of the skilled nursing facility. Coordinate and supervised the assistant cooks in creating, selecting and introduction of daily menus taking into account the patients' and residents' liking as well as dietary needs. Direct the preparation, seasoning, ad cooking of food being served to residents and patients. Plan meals and develop menus, determine time and sequence of cooking operations to meet meal saving hours. Estimate food requirements, procure and order food supplies, other foodstuffs for the consumption of residents of our skilled nursing facilities. Ensure that kitchen equipment are working properly and regularly. Inspect equipment for cleanliness. Follow up on the staff's performance and activities to ensure the best service is being provided to residents and patients.
