Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Goshen, Indiana

Description Robert Half is looking for someone who loves building solid customer relationships for a Customer Service Representative position. Articulate and highly-skilled candidates could find an excellent career opportunity in this Customer Service Representative position. The position will be based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Receive and place telephone calls Requirements - Excellent computer skills

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience required

  • Microsoft Office experience preferred

  • Customer service experience

  • Purchasing Activities experience highly desired

  • Adeptness in Purchasing Functions

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Credit Memo

  • Strong familiarity with typing

  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
