Robert Half Accounting Manager in Grafton, Wisconsin

Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Grafton, Wisconsin. This role involves overseeing a variety of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, and payroll. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks, along with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll

• Supervise and carry out monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting tasks

• Assist with IT-related duties as needed

• Utilize accounting software systems, such as Sage 100, for efficient management of accounting tasks

• Leverage skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions for effective financial management

• Employ knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) and ADP - Financial Services for seamless accounting operations

• Oversee and manage billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing

• Utilize knowledge of residential roofing in relation to accounting tasks

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting management or supervisory role

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing procedures

• Ability to manage Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Residential Roofing is a plus

• Experience with Sage 100 software

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• CPA certification is preferred.
