Duties/Responsibilities: In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces. Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Previous Insulation experience a plus
• Clean Driving record a plus, with potential additional compensation on starting wage
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
• May stand for long periods of time
• Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles
• Bend or twist their body
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl

Working Conditions:

• Often wear protective suits, masks, and respirators
• Often work indoors, but may on occasion work outdoors
• Are often exposed to loud and distracting sounds and noise levels
• Are on occasion exposed to high places
• Often travel to and from work sites in a truck or van
• May work in very bright or dim lighting conditions
• May work physically near other installers
