Description:
Conducts a variety of tasks within the department including utility, room service, café server and general kitchen worker.
Status: Casual, as needed

What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Competency in communication skills, mathematics and computers.
Above average attention to personal hygiene.
Serv Safe Food Safety Certification or Ottawa County Health Department Food Safety Program preferred.
What you will do:
Assemble, track, deliver and retrieve patient meal trays.
Prepare and assemble food items for patient trays.
Understand and follow all physical and food safety policies and procedures.
Complete all logs including sanitation solution, dish machine temperatures, refrigerators, freezers, receiving, pass thru, and food temperature logs.
Handle cash responsibly according to departmental policies and procedures.
Serve Café customers and interact in a friendly, positive, enthusiastic manner.
