JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for packaging design and negotiating interfaces and connectors requirements with the program IPT structure and with external suppliers.

• Help provide guidance in determining the appropriate actions needed to support customer needs and contract requirements for packaging and design for compliance to company's manufacturing standards.

• Will learn the launcher system and how it interacts with the missile and test equipment.

• Working within the Electrical Engineering team and cross functional teams to effectively address integration and interface challenges faced during production.

• Help evaluate/troubleshoot and provide technical direction for failure investigations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Active Secret Clearance preferred or must have held Secret Clearance in the past

• Bachelors Degree with at least 11 years of experience OR

• Master's Degree with 9+ years of experience

• 6 + years experience with Circuit Card design and analysis using LTSpice or simulation tool

• 6 + years experience with schematic circuit design tool like Siemen (Mentor Graphic) Xpeditions

• 6 + years experience Analog and digital circuit design and integration experiences

• 6 + years experience with troubleshooting electronics including failure investigation

• Must to be self-motivating, team-oriented and capable of working with minimal direction.

• Must be willing to interface with internal teams, suppliers and the customer.
