Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Maintenance Technician - Food Industry - Grand Rapids, MI

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will lead the department in all equipment and facilities maintenance responsibilities within a food and beverage environment. Your tasks will include electrical wiring, PLC edits, installing equipment, and troubleshooting with a multimeter. You will also perform mechanical troubleshooting on gears, conveyors, baggers, pneumatics, and hydraulics on machinery such as baggers, mixers, slicers, and ovens. Additionally, you will utilize your welding skills to fabricate stainless steel racks, stands, guards, and other equipment for the facility.

*There is a 2nd shift opening (2PM - 10PM) , the pay range is $28-32/hour.
