Our West Michigan Retail Client is looking for a unique, motivated, and experienced resource to assist in the testing and implementation of a new project in our retail line. This is an onsite role in Grand Rapids that will involve evaluating processes and software for retail picking, packaging and shipping.

salary: $30 - 35 per hour

work hours: 9am to 5pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Working in new web based software

• Documentation of issues within the software

• Following a predefined process

• Picking items based on the process

• Documentation of process improvements

qualifications:

• Experience level: Entry Level

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Education: Bachelors

skills:

• Project Management

• Process Improvement (1 year of experience is required)
