Position Summary This position is responsible for high-level portfolio project management work. Work involves establishing the strategic portfolio plan; coordinating the planning and initiation of a portfolio of projects at various levels of completion; monitoring the progress, budgets, and schedules of portfolios; and communicating with portfolio and project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties. Candidate will be expected to work directly with all levels of leadership, key stakeholders, and project managers Essential Skills and Functions o Develops project portfolio, and tracks IT projects at all stages. o Assists in providing continuous improvements and enhancements to the project management system and methodology. o Develops and coordinates monthly and/or ad-hoc Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership. o Compiles status reports on portfolio information and budget expenditures. o Utilize tools approved by the organization for the tracking and monitoring of projects, budgets and reports. o Manage tools related to IT Project Management and Budget. o Collaborate and build relationships across IT and Business Stakeholders o May supervise the work of others o...
