LAFORCE Scheduling Manager in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description We are looking for a Scheduling Manager for our growing Security Integration department. This position is responsible for scheduling SI Field Technicians daily to maximize their proficiency while satisfying the needs of customers. Major Responsibilities Manage the installation of LaForce products at different job locations. This includes scheduling SI field technicians on jobs by maximizing their productivity and satisfying the needs of customers. Collaborate with SI Field Project Manager to ensure SI field technicians are provided proper direction and information. Contact customers to setup scheduling of installations. Enter sales order data and update installation schedule. Create and update retail and contract work orders. In addition, manage time sheet data and work orders for technicians. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication and problem solving skills.
