Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!

How you will make an impact

• Attend to and reconcile accounts receivables and remittances

• Address discrepancies such as payment issues

• Assist in managing customer database accounts

• Post daily payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers

• Handle weekly general ledger reports Requirements - Excellent data entry skills

• Must maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented

• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds

• Knowledge of Cash Applications

• 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
